Problem loading motorcycle

A few months ago there was a thread here that dealt with problems loading motorcycles in Toy Haulers because of "high centering" at the hinge point of the back door. I now cannot find this discussion by using the search.
Anybody remember this?
I don't own a Toy Hauler myself but have a friend who does and is having the same problem. Just wondered what the solution was.
