I'm sure you could do it. You certainly have the F450 to handle it.
But, have you taken a good look at some of the newer triple slide truck campers. Some of these things are very impressive: islands in the kitchens, theater seating, electric fireplaces, etc. Maybe your wife would be happy in one of those.
