If I were you I would look at the Curt and PullRite next to the B&W. B&W is very conservative in their ratings. I am over a bit with my 18K B&W and would have it over any other hitch.
I think at 20K you are at the limit for your truck but it sounds like you amy go heavier. I would not hesitate going heavier with a B&W based on personal experience and what they all look like side by side.
