I know that******is evil JUNK CRAPPY stuff. We can't get ethanol free gas in the communist state of Maryland.Unless we pay $5 a quart from the chainsaw dealer. I filled it to fill my genny tank when it ran low but can't get it out now. Gas shok and Sta bil are our best Friends.
I am assuming you are putting this gas in your toys so why on earth would you even have ethanol fuel in the tank. All of my toys that dont get used on a regular basis get premium ethanol free gas. This includes my lawn care equipment, and chainsaws along with the boat, quads, snowmobiles, and my old firewood hauling truck that only gets used in the fall of the year.
Dont put ethanol in your toys.
PS no toys any more just an electric golf cart. - River_SandExplorer

my Fuzion 322 was built just over a year ago and it is poping fuses as fast as i can replace them, I thought the ethanol fuels came out 5 or more years ago. So why would a new pump swell and not work?
You may have another problem. However it can't hurt to remove the cover and pull a gear, then run the pump to see if it still pops a fuse. This has been a common problem and it doesn't seem to be related to age of the pump. - GoostoffExplorerdouble post

We have a Fuzion 315: Are any of you having issues of blowing a fuse when you use the pump station?
Fairly common problem, the gears inside the pump are plastic and swell over time and jamb causing the fuse to blow. Most just order new gears and replace them. They also can be removed and sanded a small amount and put back in. Most new gear sets are not affected by todays gas and will not swell. I keep my old set (sanded down) as a spare, just in case.boogie_4wheel wrote:
I did this spring. My fuel pump is locked up (of course it is since I put 35gal in the tank)... I've been using ~2gal out of it per week via siphoning. I can't pull the pump without losing all the fuel so I can't tell you if it is swelled internals, trash, jammed...
Unless the pump is intergal part of the tank you should be able to remove the cover of the pump and fix/replace the gears, without losing to much fuel. Before I redid my lines I just used a pair of vise grips and clamped off the inlet line. - boogie_4wheelExplorerI did this spring. Why didn't you move it to the Toy hauler section? Normal 5th wheels do not have gas tanks and pumps to refuel toys. Chris - 1492ModeratorMoved from Forum Technical Support
