R beer roof repair
We got a tear on side of rubber roof from tree. How can we patch. Someone said don't us silicone. We have a heartland fifth wheel

A picture would help, but others are likely right. Depending on tear, and actual location, a few other fixes may be EPDM repair patch, or dicor sealant.
