We don't own a 2021, we have a 2015 but the box on the '15 is 2" deeper than the box was on our '06. That being said I had to raise the hitch to get my clearance (6") causing us to tow nose high even with the RAM set in "alt trailer height". On the '15 we have the factory rear air suspension. "ALT trailer height" setting lowers the truck by an inch but that wasn't enough, we ended up having the suspension on our Mobile Suites raised by 2". That took care of the nose high towing.
Good luck with your situation, you're probably going to have to do something similar to what we had to do to get level towing and still have the bed clearance that we're comfortable with.
