"Do you see a much large 5th wheel in your future? As a dually is over kill for a 30' 10,000 lb trailer. The SRW 3500 are rated to around 17K for a 5th wheel and 7K RGAWR. "

No I will likely never have a bigger trailer. I was considering the dually mostly for stability and floatation if on soft terrain - boon docking, but I agree it is overkill.

I will get the 6 speed manual. Every automatic I've had I've regretted having. The auto on my GMC and my son's SuperDuty were terrible.

I can shift.
