RAM 3500 Diesel Owners - Still Like Your Truck?

I will get the 6 speed manual. Every automatic I've had I've regretted having. The auto on my GMC and my son's SuperDuty were terrible.

Unfortunately the manual is limited to 660 foot pounds torque. The Aisin will handle the high output 865+ foot pounds and that is a significant difference in overall total power available. The Aisin is a medium duty truck transmission and can handle the load. If you still want the manual be sure to get the 4.10 or at least the 3.73 axles.
