Silverback has always been the low price version. Generally speaking there are a few less frills, and lower grade cabinet finishes. What is optional on the SB can usually be found as standard on regular CCs. Both are built on the same assembly line using the same techniques. Either will serve you well, so pick which one YOU feel most comfortable with and go.
