I had the same thing happen to me a while back except i couldn't get the RF high enough to do that. I was on a really unlevel site.
I ran it up manually with cordless drill. It took forever! Then i disconnected the hall effect sensor and tried run jack so it would put out an error message. Then i could retract it as the above post says.
The lippert tech guy was very helpful. I'm going to pick more level dites from now on.
