ready for a better hitch...B&W or Anderson Ultimate

Story: I'm not happy with My Curt Q16 hitch, lots of slop starting and stopping, chucking on un-even roads...althought this might not be the hitches fault. When Starting and stopping I can see...

Would someone please post a pic of a Andersen in the same post as my pic of my B&W. Then I would like honest answers as to what ones ratings are way on the high end and what one is VERY conservative.
