ready for a better hitch...B&W or Anderson Ultimate

Story: I'm not happy with My Curt Q16 hitch, lots of slop starting and stopping, chucking on un-even roads...althought this might not be the hitches fault. When Starting and stopping I can see...

Maybe you can explain that to a couple gentlemen that just does not get it . They think it has to have one inch thick jaws, and a base that you could pull a train with .
