Rear Door Bumpers?

First off what I'm talking about are the hard rubber / plastic bumpers that are under the latches when your rear door / loading ramp is closed.


What are these things called exactly? Before mine fell apart they said "polar" on them, which I'm sure is a reference to the commercial refrigeration company. The latches look pretty much like what I've seen on large walk in freezers and the "bumpers" are what goes underneath when they are in the closed position.

Second, where can I find some? The ones on my WW came apart from UV and pressure and without them the rear door does not seal.
