the TH ramp door heights do vary from mfg to mfg and model to model. I've seen them from 6'6" to 7' to 8' , and no that door height clearance does not allow for any hanging bed or dinette; those usually lower the overall clearance. My Raptor came with both a bed and dinette hanging from the up/down garage rack and they combined to lower the clearance so far I was laying on the fuel tank of my Harley when loading. I never used the garage bed, so eventually I removed it completely to gain some head room.
Those dimensions are usually found somewhere in the sales/spec sheet for each model.
