Well I can sympathize with the OP. I had a 2012 Fuzion FZ3544 that I bought in 2013. What was found during the PDI was corrected but there were even more problems, 32 including bubbles in the fiberglass of all four outside slide walls, when I took it back to the dealer. lots2seeinmyrv mentioned that the factory should take it back...Keystone said no way. As far as the bubbles they wanted the dealer to take it to a local auto body shop and have the bad sections fixed. Keystone refused a buyback; Keystone refused a cash settlement. Fortunately my dealer stepped up to the plate and gave me over 97% of my original purchase price for a trade in allowance. I am now patiently waiting on my new Open Range unit and the Fuzion is setting on the dealers lot. Morale of the story is that Redwood is not the only manufacturer that turns out a lemon every now and then. YMMV
