You have a fob, and a remote? We have the remote, but I think I've used it twice. Seems more like a gimmick than anything really useful. Consequently I've never had any issues with the controls. It's a 2010 Fuzion, and the remote works the slides, awning, security light, and rear stabilizers. Maybe the front ones too, but I can't really remember.
