Our 16 mS came standard with EZ Lube but they will still install Oil Bath.
Our 07.5 came with sealed bearings. I replaced one whole rotor assembly for another reason but the other three bearings were original when we traded for the 16 in May.
From what I was told you should keep an eye on the back side of the rotor where the bearing seal is with the sealed units. There should be a small amount of grease there but if you notice the visible grease volume increasing it's time to replace the bearing. Easy job, take the rotor assembly to someone and press out old and press in new.
What I did was carry a complete rotor with studs and bearing so I could change along the side of the road if needed.
You may want to see if Timken makes a quality bearing replacement and replace all 4.
