Resale (LOL) what is better bumper pull or 5th wheel

Contemplating moving up in a couple of years so I am doing my due dillegence now. What would you consider the most popular ( ie re-sale) size and type of toy hauler? I have heard somewhere that 35'...

This. But I do think for that length, a 5th wheel probably is a better idea generally. But I'm biased as we hated towing our 32' bumper pull toy hauler and love the 38' fiver :)
