About 30 years ago, when we lived up in PA, there were two "tree huggers" who lived near us, who would wear Orange Jumpsuits, and go running around their fields yelling "Run away Deer!!" at the top of their lungs, so that the hunters wouldn't shoot them.
Kinda funny for the Hunter Friends I knew, because they basically chased any deer that may have been "safe" on their property, away to get shot!
As for the OP...I'd wait a couple weeks.....better safe than sorry. Especially, if you are going to wear that crazy hat with the antlers on it!!:B
