When I bought our 5ver the dealer gave use an extension on the GS Roadside assistance, but I have already paid for Coachnet. So we had both for a year. The one time I needed it we were on I-75 south and in sight of the Florida line. After a lot of time spent trying to explain where we were they finally said they were sending a truck. 90 minutes later no truck and a call to them confirmed that we were not getting a truck. Called Coachnet and we had a truck within a half hour. True it was a pickup with a compressor in back but he got us going in 15 minutes.
Like you it was well over 90 degrees and a flat.
I will say that when I complained here a GS VP called up and gave us a free year of GS so we had duplicate coverall for two years.
