My 5th wheel came with Couch Net for the first year included in the warranty. I've only called them once and it was to ask a question about my fridge not starting on propane.
I called them 9 pm on a Friday night. They initially wanted to send me to a repair shop but I was boondocking and the nearest town was 40 miles away and I was just on the edge of cell service. I pushed the nice lady on the phone asking her if they didn't have somebody I could just ask a couple of questions to. She relented and within 20 minutes had me on the phone with an RV tech who walked me through the problem in 5 minutes and solved my issue (saved my food, saved my trip, turned out to be air in the propane line).
I'm not sure if the tech-via-phone service is a normal service they offer, but they came through for me with a newbie question at 9 pm on a Friday night in the west desert of Utah.
