We had gentleman doing just that in our park this last week. He was on the roof, transferring to the ladder, slipped and fell. His leg got caught in the ladder about 6' off the ground on the way down. He hung there for about 20 minutes until F&R could cut him out of the ladder. Compound fracture and broken wrist..... not worth it, hire a professional, they have to make a living too.
