This should be covered by your warranty from the factory. Sounds like the adhesive that glued the roof down isn't holding. The actual roof warranty from the roofing material manufacturer will only cover the roofing fabric not labor or other needed materials. This is often presented as a complete covers everything roof related warranty by the saleperson. Surprise! I have never seen an extended warranty cover anything roof related..
