running lights ok but no brake or turn signals

As pointed out by AP, test your trucks plug w/ a tester. The 2 pins at 11 & 1 o'clock are marker lite pins. The pins at 7 & 4 are turn signal pins. If no power, then like w/ other's, you've blown a fuse.

"Shore power"; if you're plugged into the pedestal =and= your truck, then you start it up, you can blow fuses. I can only assume that if the pedestal breaker is OFF, this isn't likely to happen.

Could be wiring for pin plugin.
Sometimes the wiring going to the plugin gets corroded, have to check the plugin for power and turn signals.

I would check the plug. Some times they just need to get wiggled a bit. Or sometimes things come apart in them.
You can check the plug on the back of the truck with a test light for all functions and you will then know if it is a blown fuse or not.

Thats probably what did it but I cannot locate the fuse. argh

nothing in the manual mentions the trailer brake or stop lights. The closest I see is Trailer Tow park lamps but those are working. I have lights when I turn on the lights just not brake or turn signal.

Yup, with a truck that new you have likely blown a fuse.. I think there is one fuse for that, not a left and right fuse, but I have blown it before too. The real question is why did it blow, and that might take a lot more looking to figure out.
