Anyone with real world experience with the spray on alternatives to the rubber roof (aka the pond liner) care to share their experience?

Just had my 2004 34' Hitchhiker fifth wheel done this fall. Totally a preventative measure.
Done in Ogden Utah. sure looks good. only time will tell how good it is.
Good by caulk. Strip to wood and poly-urea spray.
