I think you need to renew those old bifocals, you are seeing things :B You can see in other shots where all the surfaces are tight together, at least thats how my bifocals are working :)
On Edit: Look at 19:33 ,and tell me those surfaces are not all touching thats not high hitching. Blow that picture up a bit ,and look closely.
This is a sliding bar hitch. The only way you are going to drop the trailer in a couple feet is if you high hitch it. When he shows the front of the hitch you can see that the pin box is not flat on the hitch head.
You are seeing something I'm not, did you look at 19:33, the front yes it appears that way ,but the front of that plate has a bend in it. Take a look at the side shot of 19:33, and tell me those three surfaces are not sandwiched together. I can't see any separation at all. One of us has a vision problem :@
I am not disagreeing to just disagree , I just flat don't see what you are seeing.
