Well, unless you design and test fifth wheel hitches, I don't think you're the one that's qualified to determine if it's a good idea or not. I can certainly see that under certain circumstances it would be a good idea to have that trailer roll on over while the truck came back to an upright position. Or don't you think that would be a good outcome of a roll over? I'm not fifth wheel designer or tester so that's just my opinion.
