We bought our 5er from them. They beat the local dealers price by thousands. We went back for service on our trips on vacation went through there. Excellent service. The money we saved was worth the trip and it would make up for having to get service elsewhere.

My experience has been more frustrating and not so positive. They do have the best prices around but in the future I will be willing to pay more for a better experience. I am not a big fan of public ranting but feel free to send a PM if you have any questions.

I would think that service would work the same as it has for me. I purchased my Fuzion from Holman nearly 500 miles from where I live. I had a few small warranty issues to be addressed and the local Camping World dealer gladly handled that for me. Every dealer that sells your brand is obligated to do warranty work for you regardless of where you purchase from. Although they have to do the work, there is nothing forcing them to provide prompt service or to be easy to work with.

I would pose the question to RV Outlet prior to considering them for your purchase. I asked the same question of Holman and their policy is for you to call them first and they will facilitate a service visit with a dealer that is local to you. Unfortunately I have a Keystone dealer located less than 15 miles from me, but I travel 45 miles for parts and service because their service department is even worse than the sales department!

They do have a service dept. However many of their customers come from far away . I drove 8 hours to buy there. Price and selection was worth it. I would never drive that far just for service. If you live far away I suggest you have an alternative service plan however you could return to RV Outlet for service

I have considered going out there myself..only a few hours from me and the prices seem very good. How about service though?? Do they service it after the sale, or do you need to find a local place?

Traded our TT for a 5er and had a great experience with them. The price was worth the trip. They were thousands below our local dealers. I would definately go back to them for my next one.

We stopped there just to look and traded for a new TT. Very good people to work with. Don't pay the price that have listed.

Me too. I went there myself time wasn't right for us then but the prices seemed pretty decent before haggling. talked to a guy in disney world ,he built dirt bikes,and said he had a bunch of customers that go there.

I bought my prior 2006 TT from them. A very good experience. Great prices and selection. They are an 8 hour drive from me but well worth the trip.
At the time they be my local dealer by thousands.
