I have sold 3 RVs (2 TT & 1 TC) in the last 5 years. I priced all of them $1000 over Middle Retail (they were very clean). Took $500 off to sell. Sold all three within 4 days of putting them up for sell on the corner of a high traffic intersection in my town of 5000 people in east Texas.
You can always come down but you can't go up!!
I know everyone's situation and opportunity is different.
