I really want to price this unit well so that it sells quickly. However I don't want to leave thousands of dollars on the table by selling this unit too low. That is why I continue to use the Nada pricing guidelines as a pricing anchor.
This process is stressful.
I just sold my 5er on consignment at CW, and it took 5 months, and lowering the price to wholesale to move it.
Now I'll be looking for something the grandkids can can bunk in.
