A bouncy ride sounds like something is way out of adjustment, I've never seen that.
Have you watched your camper while pulling it over concrete expansion joints for example? Ive seen some number other than mine that bounce down the road. I have learned to secure the bikes down really well and to stop and check the load periodically. The garage on these THs bounce A LOT.
