Go with the "G" tires if you want and use the tire weight/inflation chart for the tire. With your actual load you will most likely be at m85psi. Add 5psi to what the chart says. This is per GY Tech Support when going from one tire rating to a higher one as in this case "E" to "G".
NC the above is exactly what I would do if you are going "G".
