I don't have this type of slide out, but have this suggestion. You have to 'eliminate' the flat top of the rail so water runs off rather than along the flat. Try running a bead of caulk on top of the flat and taper it with your finger or a flat blade screw driver to divert the water so it will drip off. Only needs to be a few inches in length just before the wiper seal.
