Had the same problem with my 2013 Eagle Premier 351MKTS. The toothed track bar on the slideout rides on a roller. I lubed the rollers ( one on each bar) with WD40. Stopped the noise right away. Hasn't come back since. To find the roller wheel just pull the rubber seal back a bit. You will see it right away.
Thanks for the tip...I have seen and lubed the outside of the rollers, where they meet the track, but not the actual bearings within the rollers. It looked like they were sealed type bearings. Going to get a spray lube right now. Let you soon.
