Still not right...lubed all I could and cycled a dozen times and drove 700 miles. Still making noises. I did find today that the bottom of the large kitchen schwintek slide is exposed to the tire wheel/water/road grime that the other schwinteks are protected from when closed. So, looking more closely behind the seals down into to the lower worm gear box, I saw a rusty drive shaft entering. Shot some liquid lube into box. So, fingers crossed. Leaving in the am for another 8 hour ride to New Mexico area. Update in a few days. If this fixes it, then solution will be to protect the bottom from the road spray and keep lubed. Shame on Jayco if this fixes it. The schwintek needs to be protected.
