These discussions are about as biased as the tow vehicle threads. The B&W hitch has a cult-like following.
I have had two Reese and one Pullrite hitch. The Pullrite was great because it was an autoslide, but it was very tough to get it to hitch up.
My current hitch is a Reese Elite 18k. I don't have anything bad to say about it. The head comes off and makes it light enough for me to remove from the truck myself. Not sure if it is compatible with the factory options, but it has a puck like system that leaves the bed mostly open - no in bed rails. It is quiet and secure.
All of that said, if I were starting over today, I would buy an air ride hitch. Get rid of the chucking on the bad roads. Make the ride much nicer in the truck, and easier on the trailer.
