This actually should be a very easy fix. If you are not mechanically inclined you may want to just take the coach to a service center or at some point you have to do something for your self. You need to actually crawl into the compartment where the gear is and watch it while someone actuates the slide. At the point where things go from turning to not turning there will be either a bolt or sheer pin that is broken. Just remove the broken part and replace it. If you are not comfortable with this have a service company take care of it.
