I have lost 25 lbs of air pressure in one tire in the past 6 weeks or so sitting in the driveway . Turned on the TPMS to check for the upcoming trip , and three were 102 psi. , the low tire was 77. ...

Not crazy about patched tires ,but they are nearly new , the shop said there should be no worries about being patched .
It should be fine; I ran a patch on one of my truck tires for the past 5 years with no issues.
Was it damage from a road hazard or a fault with those "horrible" Sailuns? ;)
