Wasn't that FK19 a super light model,,, and one of the WW that in real world were not so super light on the scales...? and came in not even close to the sticker weights..?
IMO, probably be hard to pick a worse choice for a TH that needs to haul around a small car. Small lightweight WW of that vintage used the 'special' light weight frames that were part of the WW problem.
But, if you're still interested in very small light cars, maybe a used older reconditioned vehicle..?
A MG midget is 1650lb. I use to drive one a very long time ago. It was my Gf's, it was a cool little girly sports car of the day. About the same weight as a original Mini Cooper. IIRR an old VW is about the same or a little heavier. There are older Fiats and Alpha's that are also in that weight class.
An old French 2cv weights 1200lbs,,, I loved that shifter coming out of the dash, and with its 25 hp motor, going up hills in wine country was epic...
