Send your videos to keystone directly and find a new dealer. The manufacturer is taking what the dealer says as true. Find another dealer or take it to the manufacturer so they can see it themselves.

Yes and yes the Floor has dis-bonded and the walls are moving in only two months.

It looks to me like the entire rv is bouncing not by a spongy floor but by lack of support. Do you have your stabilizers set correctly and x-chocks installed.

ALL floors aren't spongy.

I have no idea what you are saying. Are you saying this is 2 months old? Maybe posting the video here or posting a link to it might be a good idea.
