As far as brands go just about any of them will handle the NW weather,me and my wife have been fulltiming in our 2004,2012 and my 2015 Montana for 6 years in Western Wa and it is a walk in the Park so do not get to caught up with what brand I know Many folks Fulltiming in our neck of the woods with every brand you can think of from Mid level to High end brand 5er's with no problems,my 2012 and 2015 are 4 Season rated and we are very comfortable but my 2004 was not 4 season rated and we did just fine with it just have a heated hose for some of the cold nights here and go for it
