I have thought about your depreciation question.
IF during your ownership you have no roof leaks or other catastrophes then I would guess about 10% depreciation provided the economy does not tank. It will also depend on how near to a large urban area you are. A roof leak that shows any damage to the trailer or a condition called delamination (bubbles in the side of the unit usually caused by moisture) may make the value decrease 50-80 per cent depending on the severity of the damage. Your unit could sit for a long time before the right buyer comes along which may tempt you to use a consignment service. Be very very cautious if you think about going this route.
