Ok now you are going too far with what is needed to tow the RV mentioned. A 13K RV will be about 17K loaded if full timing. The 17K would be easily handled with the F350 Dually you mentioned.
Now if the RV starts getting heavier the RAM 3500 or F450 should be considered.
32,500# in pic. Front, rear axles and combined weight is within SAE ratings.
