South Dakota License Plates
Can anyone give me any info on the procedure to get South Dakota license plates. Talked to the tax collector in Custer County and she acted like I was bothering her. Thanks Rick

Take your title to the DMV, after having established a SD address. There you will be charged a 2% fee plus the titling fee and for the cost of the plates. The 2% fee was 20 some years ago when we lived in SD so it may be higher now.
