Spare Tire mtg on Cedar Creek 5th wheel
Looked at my spare tire mount and it sure doesn't look very strong to me. It's under the rear of the camper but the cable extend and retract mechanism looks like it uses two (2) 3/8 sheet metal screws...

Honestly never looked at it and have not thought too much about it. There has not been any signs of loosening or change in height and we have been over to rough roads.
