Try a search on any "key word' you can think of related to tires for lots, and LOTS of info.

Go to any of the several tire size comparison charts available on the net.
Enter size you have -vs- size you plan to use.
Results in inches.
"Height" (above) is diameter. 235/85 will be one inch wider, which means one inch LESS between the *two* tires (per side).
245/75 will be one inch wider, which means 1/2 inch per side.
Check clearances for each.
For me - the 2 1/2" between the two tires, would be reduced to one and a half inches. Preferred a bit more - so 245/75. (XPS Ribs).
BTW - since you will be inflating to 80psi, don't completely trust the tire shop employee - check the psi limitation of your wheels - usually stamped on the back side of the wheel.
