Standing on slide roof
Is it safe to stand on roof slide? I Need to replace a seal and might need to stand, sit or kneel on roof.

I walk very gently on mine. However, I'm only 170 or so pounds at best. I just step near the edges where the framework is strongest and only when necessary.
