I store my 5th at a huge facility. Lots of MHs and 5ths.
Spaces are marked by lines on the ground and are 15' wide - - so no
need to "mark your territory".
I've never seen a 5th (or MH) with the slides out - unless the owner happens to be there doing something to his RV.
As others have indicated - can't think of any reason to do that.
IMO - main reason why *NOT* to (anywhere) is someone cuts a corner too close when entering their site and hits a (your) slide..:(
Soooooo - keep your eye out for one of the "slide out" owners to be at the storage facility the same time as you - - and ask him.
