- deleted-2ExplorerWoohoo!
Just to add: the Wells Fargo wagon just dropped off the parts for our trailer from Heartland!
I posted about a few broken items on the Heartland forum in the warranty section.
Tim from Heartland called us and asked what we needed.
A couple of things are pretty expensive.
Wow...
:C - Tom_DianeExplorerI think the consensus is unanimous. We have a Sundance 3200re and love it and customer service seems to be second to none when you see the other post about keystone and some of the other manufactures. However, you can have problems with any brand just like a car or other purchase. We are totally happy with our unit.
- B_O__PlentyExplorer IINobody has better factory support than Heartland!
B.O. - mdamerellExplorerI have a Sundance and we are happy with it. The Sundance is a mid-line but it looks like Heartland is doing some upgrade on the 2013's. I would highly recommend the 2nd A/C unit if you plan to go south. The ducting is nice but we have difficulty balancing the heat and A/C from end to end. We seem to roast or freeze the rear bedroom trying to get the Master at the right temperature. Putting a heat-pump in the Master Bedroom to balance things out. The Heartland Owners forum has lots of good information and Heartland monitors it for product feed back. Is it the world's greatest trailer? Probably not, but the manufacture stands behind it and that's worth a lot. For the price, I think we did pretty good.
- deleted-2ExplorerLiking our Heartland trailer a lot.
As far as we're concerned the company has stood by us very well.
Heartland owners forum - kakampersExplorerHaven't had a Sundance, but full timed in a Bighorn for six years and now have Heartland Landmark....great products and excellent customer service.
