i suppose this makes sense, but than you are not really pushing the old contaminated grease out. Not sure how important that is though. I have a diesel tractor and i typically just do what you said for the front end loader and other areas...but its also not driving down the road at 60 MPH.

@Lynnmor would it actually be catastrophic if one bearing were to go? with dual axles there are still 3 other tires, one would think just by spinning the tires occasionally we would be able to tell if something failed well before than.
